Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with estimated delivery times ranging from 30 to 45 working days.
Shipping costs and import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
Once you received a confirmation for fulfilling your order you have 3 working days to notify us that you did not receive the order. If customer does not email or contact us after receiving the email, it means they received the order and customer has no right to complain or claim that client doesn't receive the order.
